This is done to avoid distractions that may hinder the full enjoyment of our specially tailored programs, which maximizes the full potential of our large fleet of Avgas fueled aircraft and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including extensive immersion in our Redbird SD Flight Simulator. Since technical proficiency is only part of the equation for success in the global aviation industry, our programs have also integrated short courses in topics such as aviation English, crew resource management, and the handling of a diverse crew in order to ensure that our graduates are well prepared to professionally respond to the needs of any company.
